All concerns or questions must be directed to Ms. Ginger respectfully and privately through proper studio channels. Disrespectful or inappropriate communication may result in a review of enrollment status.
SECTION 3: Dress Code & Attire Guidelines
To support full participation in dance, singing, and acting activities, students are expected to arrive in appropriate attire that promotes movement, safety, and focus.
Required Attire:
Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows full range of motion (e.g., leggings, joggers, t-shirts, leotards, tank tops).
Closed-toe shoes with non-slip soles are required for all movement activities. (No sandals, flip-flops, or heels.)
Socks should be worn when appropriate and may be required for specific exercises or stage blocking.
Not Permitted:
Jeans, skirts, or overly baggy clothing that restricts movement or poses safety risks.
Accessories such as dangling jewelry or hats (unless part of a costume).
Bare feet, unless specifically instructed for a particular class.
Additional Notes:
Hair should be pulled away from the face to avoid obstruction during movement.
Students may be asked to change or adjust attire if it is unsafe or distracting to the learning environment.
Costumes or special outfits may be required for performances and will be communicated in advance.
SECTION 5: Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
Private Lessons
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds unless approved by the studio for emergencies.
Group Classes
If the studio cancels a group class, families will be offered either a credit toward future enrollment or a makeup class scheduled at an alternate date and time.
Individual absences from group classes (e.g., if a student cannot attend) do not qualify for makeup classes or credits; students are expected to catch up at the next scheduled class.
Communication
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted through official studio channels during business hours.

These materials may be used for educational or promotional purposes on: Social Media, The Studio Website, Print and Digital materials
Families who do not grant media permission will be excluded from promotional photos.
No compensation will be provided for media use.
SECTION 2: Attendance, Arrival & Dismissal
Attendance Policy
Attendance is essential for student growth, class progress, and performance readiness.
Students with frequent absences may still attend classes but may be reassigned to a different role or group number to preserve the integrity of the production. This ensures all students feel confident and prepared on stage, and that the show runs smoothly for everyone.
Attendance is closely tracked, and families will be contacted if absences begin to impact performance readiness.
Missed classes will not be refunded or credited unless approved by Ms. Ginger.
Arrival & Dismissal
Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before class to prepare.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to observe the remainder of the class instead of participating, at the instructor’s discretion. This protects the safety and learning environment for all students.
Classes end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
Parents/guardians must pick up students promptly at class end.
Late pickups may incur a fee of $10 for 10 minutes. This helps us ensure instructors can wrap up the day and attend to other classes or obligations.
SECTION 4: Booking & Tuition Policy
Enrollment & Booking
SpiceHaus Studios operates on a seasonal schedule with progressive group classes designed to prepare students for live performance.
To ensure consistency and commitment, group class enrollment requires a multi-class tuition plan. Families may choose from monthly, half-season, or full-season payment options. Single-class drop-ins or per-class payments are not available.
Enrollment for group classes is open throughout the season, provided space is available. All students must be enrolled in a multi-class tuition plan (monthly, half-season, or full-season), and payment must be submitted in full before attending. To ensure proper planning, new enrollments made within 48 hours of class start will begin the following week unless otherwise arranged with the studio.
Private lessons must be scheduled and paid in full at least 48 hours in advance to ensure instructor availability and adequate preparation.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from the studio.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due in full at the time of registration for families selecting the full season plan.
For those on a monthly tuition plan, payments are due by the Thursday prior to the Saturday session that begins the next monthly cycle.
All tuition must be paid on time to secure enrollment and access to classes.
A full tuition calendar will be sent via email after registration. It will also be posted on our website.
Families are responsible for reviewing the tuition calendar sent via email and/or linked on the studio website.
Monthly tuition covers 4 classes per billing cycle.
Families joining mid-season will be billed a pro-rated tuition and will then follow the monthly schedule.
Tuition is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the studio via official email communication.
Late Tuition Payments
Tuition is due by the Thursday before each Saturday session begins. Payments not received by this deadline are considered late. A late fee of $15 will be added if payment is not received within 3 calendar days of the due date.
If payment is more than 7 days late, the student may not be allowed to attend class until the balance is paid in full, unless otherwise arranged with the studio.
All outstanding balances must be cleared to maintain active enrollment.
Enrollment Holds & Withdrawal
If tuition remains unpaid for more than 14 days, and no alternate arrangement has been made, the student will be withdrawn from the program and their spot may be offered to a waitlisted family. Re-enrollment will require full payment of any outstanding balance and is subject to class availability.
Waitlist Policy
If a class reaches full capacity, interested families may join a waitlist. Waitlist spots are first-come, first-served. When an opening becomes available:
The next family on the list will be contacted by email.
They will have 48 hours to confirm enrollment and submit payment.
If no response is received, the spot will be offered to the next family.
SECTION 7: Behavior & Dismissal Policy
SpiceHaus Studios reserves the right to suspend or remove any student or family for:
Ongoing disruptive or unsafe behavior
Harassment or disrespect of staff/students
Repeated policy violations
Tuition nonpayment
Dismissal will follow a documented warning and parent conference, unless immediate removal is required for safety or conduct reasons.
SECTION 8: Emergency Contact & Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize SpiceHaus Studios staff to seek medical care for my child or me if I cannot be reached. Medical information must be kept current; families are responsible for updating emergency contact or allergy info.
SECTION 9: Allergy Disclosure & Safety Agreement
To help us maintain a safe environment, all families must complete the SpiceHaus Studios Allergy & Medical Information Form, even if their child has no known allergies.
This form will be shared via email and must be completed before the first class.
It allows us to make informed decisions in the event of an emergency or exposure to allergens.
If your child has no known allergies, you will indicate that on the form.
Failure to complete the form may delay your child’s participation in classes.
SECTION 11: Liability Waiver & Release
I understand that participation in dance, music, theater, and performing arts involves physical activity and some risk of injury.
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled in activities that involve physical exertion and I assume full responsibility for any injuries, known or unknown, which I might incur.”
I release SpiceHaus Studios LLC, its staff, and affiliates from all liability related to injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence.
